Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the vulnerability management lifecycle, including:
- Analyzing vulnerability scan results to identify critical vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.
- Assisting in the tracking, prioritization, and remediation of vulnerabilities in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.
- Documenting findings and contributing to vulnerability reports and dashboards.
- Help automate security checks and reporting using scripting and DevSecOps tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights on application security and infrastructure risks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher.
- Junior or Senior academic standing preferred.
- Strong interest in application security, DevSecOps, and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and DevOps tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
