Who We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, PDCA, RCA) is a plus.
- OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Familiarity with SDS and chemical handling
- Experience in a safety-focused setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- PMP Certification (preferred not required)
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Chemical or Industrial, Operations Management, or related field
- Full-time undergraduate or part-time graduate student at the time of application
- Junior or Senior status
- Strong interest in process improvement, manufacturing operations, and technology integration.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations based on findings.

Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
