Our Internship Program offers undergraduate and graduate students a hands-on and learning-intensive opportunity to gain relevant work experience at the #1 Direct Selling brand of Skin Care and Color Cosmetics in the World. Mary Kay interns participate in activities that introduce them to our people centered culture, our products, and the Independent Sales Force.
Summer Program Details:
- The Mary Kay 2025 Summer Intern Program is a 10-week internship from early June to mid-August
- All our internships are paid, starting at $20/ hour
- Our internships are Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, and require you to be in the office 4-5 days per week
- This internship is located at our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX
- Interns will receive any required equipment, such as a laptop
- Mary Kay Inc does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for full time employment at this time

Join our dynamic team and contribute to a memorable event experience while gaining valuable skills and exposure. This internship provides an opportunity to work on diverse projects and collaborate with partners at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales force recognition, prize, and event planning.
- Sales force incentive program planning.
- Purchasing and budgeting.
- Prize inventory organization.
- Staff and volunteer planning.
- Sales force interactions.
