Strong intern candidates will have:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of judgement and discretion to effectively communicate with employees, management, and candidates.
- Strong analytical communication, organizational and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with strong excel skills.
- Detail orientated
- Creative
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Previous HR or recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must still be pursuing undergraduate or master’s degree
- To be eligible you must be currently enrolled as a full-time student (undergraduate) or part time (graduate) as defined by your university at the time of application.
- Minimum Sophomore status. Rising juniors or seniors preferred.
- Preferred Degrees: Human Resource Management
