Strong intern candidates will have:

• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of judgement and discretion to effectively communicate with employees, management, and candidates.
• Strong analytical communication, organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with strong excel skills.
• Detail orientated
• Creative
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Previous HR or recruiting experience is preferred but not required.           

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must still be pursuing undergraduate or master’s degree
• To be eligible you must be currently enrolled as a full-time student (undergraduate) or part time (graduate) as defined by your university at the time of application.
• Minimum Sophomore status. Rising juniors or seniors preferred.
• Preferred Degrees: Human Resource Management
