Our Internship Program offers undergraduate and graduate students a hands-on and learning-intensive opportunity to gain relevant work experience at the #1 Direct Selling brand of Skin Care and Color Cosmetics in the World. Mary Kay interns participate in activities that introduce them to our people centered culture, our products, and the Independent Sales Force.

The Opportunity We Provide:
Information Services & Technology (IST) drives Mary Kay. Network engineering, security, digital marketing, cloud technologies, and application development are some of our technical disciplines. As a member of our IST team, your challenge will be to deliver innovative tools and technologies to employees and the salesforce to help them be successful. We also provide opportunities for continuous training & education to help you grow and be successful as well.
In the past, IT interns have had the opportunity to work with teams such as:
- Digital Analytics
- Project Management
- Business Analyst
- Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Commerce Development
Summer Program Details:
- The Mary Kay 2025 Summer Intern Program is a 10-week internship from early June to mid-August
- All our internships are paid, starting at $20/ hour
- Our internships are Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, and require you to be in the office 4-5 days per week
- Our internships are located at our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or Manufacturing/ R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX
- Interns will receive any required equipment, such as a laptop
- Mary Kay Inc does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for full time employment at this time

The Value You Bring:
Strong intern candidates will have:
- Professional verbal/written communication
- The ability to collaborate with other roles and teams
- Basic understanding of business requirements such as gathering process, business analysis, analysis/problem solving
- Detail oriented
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must still be pursuing undergraduate or master’s degree
- To be eligible you must be currently enrolled as a full-time student (undergraduate) or part time (graduate) as defined by your university at the time of application.
- Minimum Sophomore status. Rising juniors or seniors preferred.
- Preferred Degrees: Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, Data Science
