Mary Kay University is our 10-week summer internship program designed to give undergraduate and graduate students meaningful, real-world experience across a variety of business functions. About Mary Kay Sales Force Support
Our Independent Beauty Consultants (IBCs) are at the heart of our success. Our Sales Force Support teams work behind the scenes to equip, engage, recognize, and inspire the independent sales force across our global markets. From creating meaningful events and experiences to developing programs, communications, resources, and recognition initiatives, these teams help provide the independent sales force with the tools and support they need to succeed.

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree and enrolled in an accredited university program at the time of application (full-time undergraduate or part-time/full-time graduate students). Rising juniors and seniors preferred.
- Preferred Degrees: Communications, Hospitality, Event Planning, Marketing, Business, or similar
The Value You Bring
Strong organization and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Understanding of social media and is tech savvy
Ability to walk/stand on feet for long periods of time
Experience with project management and group teamwork
Strong presentation and communication skills (bilingual is a plus)
Time management and ability to meet deadlines when defined
Flexibility to move around departments and provide administrative assistance as needed
Hospitality and/or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
Experience working in Canva (preferred, not required)
Program Details
- We offer a 10-week internship from late June to Mid-August.
- All our internships are paid, starting at $20/hour.
- Our internships are Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, and require an in-office presence 4-5 days per week.
- Our internships are located at our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or our Manufacturing/ R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX.
- Mary Kay Inc does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for full-time employment at this time.
