Bilingual HR Business Partner Branch US
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with concentration in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of Human Resources generalist experience. Mary Kay work experience in an area requiring knowledge of the independent sales force career plan and educational needs is highly preferred. Event and/or large meeting planning and customer service experience beneficial
1. Ability to speak, write and translate in Spanish strongly preferred.
2. Requires organizational development skills and the ability to facilitate and manage change effectively within the branch to contribute to the establishment and implementation of meaningful human resources related policies and procedures to facilitate the attainment of efficient and effective human resources capabilities.
3. Ability to analyze and interpret federal and state unemployment laws, policies and procedures.
4. Ability to represent Mary Kay Inc. to the community through recruiting and at government agency hearings.
5. Exercises utmost discretion and tact in addressing highly confidential and sensitive issues.
6. Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills to form partnerships with the independent sales force and to communicate sensitive issues in a way that reflects the Mary Kay way. A high level of passion, enthusiasm, and appreciation for the independent sales force is required to effectively and appropriately respond to and support members of the independent sales force.
7. Must have the ability to take initiative to multi-task and to be flexible in order to meet the needs of the sales force.
9. PC skills are required, including proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook.
