Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Travel: Potential travel to domestic conferences or international subsidiaries depending on need of specific projects, but should not exceed 4 weeks per year.
Education: Bachelor degree and other related field or comparable work experience.
Experience: 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or related IT experience.

Required Skills:
• Experience and proven track record of self-driven continual learning, curiosity, and initiative.
• Experience meeting with business users
• Experience eliciting and documenting business, functional, and testing requirements and use cases
• Experience with SLDC
• Solid understanding of Mary Kay business and able to complete business analysis around processes.
• Must be analytical and very detail oriented with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with various groups throughout the organization as well as with 3rd party vendors.
• Excellent writing and editing skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and succinctly.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multifaceted, team environment.
• Ability to present in front of groups between 5-20 individuals comfortably
• Proficient with the use of Excel, Power Point, and Word
• System analysis for customization of SaaS platforms such as Salesforce.com

• Prior experience with presenting via WebEx or an online presentation tool.
Language Skills Desired: Ability to speak a foreign language such as Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese Mandarin or Russian may be helpful but not required.
