Business Manager IST

Education: Bachelor’s
degree and other related field or comparable work experience.
Experience: 5-7 years’ experience as a
Senior Business Analyst, Business Consultant, Product Manager, or similar role.
Required

Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders

Proven track record of results, self-driven continual learning,
curiosity, and initiative
Experience eliciting and documenting business, functional, and testing
requirements and use cases

Experience with SDLC
·
Strong understanding of Mary Kay business and able to complete business
analysis around processes.
·
Must be analytical and very detail oriented with strong
problem-solving and customer service skills.
·
Ability to work and communicate effectively with various groups
throughout the organization as well as with 3rd party vendors.
·
Excellent verbal, writing and editing skills and the ability to
communicate ideas clearly and succinctly
·
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multifaceted, team environment.
·
Ability to present in front of groups between 5-20 individuals
comfortably
Proficient with the use of Excel, Power Point, and Word
·
Experience managing team
·
Flexible with working hours to meet the need of the project
Preferred Skills: ·
·
Proficiency with flow chart tools such as Visio
or Lucid chart
·
Experience with Team Foundation Server, JIRA,
and/or Confluence
·
Experience with screen mockup tools
·
Experience with presenting via WebEx, MS Teams or
other online presentation tools
·
Experience with Salesforce.com products
including Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud,
Marketing Cloud, or others.
·
Experience with Content Management Systems
(CMS) or Digital Asset Management (DAM) Systems
·
Experience with writing SQL queries
Language
Skills Desired: Ability to speak a foreign language such as
Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese Mandarin or Russian may be helpful but not
required.
Travel: Potential
travel to domestic conferences or other region market depending on needs but
should not exceed 25%.
