Clerk Manufacturing Warehouse Support

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES     
Education:      High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience:    Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Production Operations.
1.    Requires the ability to read and write in English to understand basic instructions. Must be able to communicate this information to others. 
2.    Must be able to utilize addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, and fractions typically acquired through a high school education or equivalent in order to verify materials receipts and complete paperwork and maintain records and logs.
3.    Must have basic PC skills in a windows environment in order to operate computer system and must possess data entry skills in order to utilize and RF device, and utilize spreadsheets to track data and metrics and write and send e-mail communications.  Testing is required for proficency.
4.    Must have the ability to work in a team environment. Actively participate and contribute constructively to Lean discussions or problem solving events. 
5.    Must be able to follow, demonstrate and promote daily all safety rules and regulations as they apply throughout the facility. 
6.    Must be able to stand and walk approximately 70% of the time, bend and stoop and lift in order to perform the various tasks related to this position. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 30 lbs. approximately 30% of the time to perform the various tasks related to this position.
7.    Must be able to use a pallet jack or other material handling equipment.
8.     Shift or schedule change may be necessary due to changing business needs.
