KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent, plus
Experience:  2-3 years of fresh food preparation experience. 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

1. Must have an understanding of and follow established food and general kitchen/restaurant safety guidelines.

2. Must be able to speak clearly, listen attentively, read and follow directions.

3. Must present a neat, professional, well-groomed appearance and exhibit a positive, enthusiastic attitude committed to a teamwork and customer service environment.

4. Ability to speak, read, write and understand fluent English to communicate effectively with peers, supervisors and customers and to provide quality customer service.

5. Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to four hours in length.

6. Must be able to transport up to 50 pounds and be able to bend and stoop on a regular and continuing basis.

7. Must be able to work flexible hours; may involve evenings/weekends depending on customer needs.

8. Must be Serve Safe Certified within first 30 days of employment and maintain a sanitary workstation.

9. Must have basic knife skills and working knowledge of basic kitchen equipment.

10. Job may require the ability to work at different work locations based on business needs.
