Experience: 1+ years
Supervisory Experience: Not Applicable
Field of Experience: 1-2 years of marketing or direct sales experience. Consumer/packaged goods experience preferred.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Education Focus: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Management or related discipline preferred
1. Must be organized, have a strong attention to detail and be self-directed to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision of tasks.
2. Must be flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced, always evolving environment.
3. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams required.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills required to work successfully with a diverse group of individuals, including internal partners and the independent sales force.
5. Ability to obtain the assistance of subject matter experts and to maintain open two-way communication with internal departments to collaborate on upcoming projects and promotions.
6. Must be a Brand Ambassador for the Mary Kay Brand.
7. Out-of-town travel is required approximately 5-10% of work time to attend special events
