Bilingual Coordinator – Latin America

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Education: High school diploma or GED required.  Some college level coursework is highly recommended, especially in project-related areas.

Experience: 1-3 years of related international exposure and experience or a College Degree; experience with accounting and international import/export is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with international markets, internal departments across the Company, as well as with many levels within the organization.  Ability to exercise diplomacy in interactions with others globally is essential; must exude professional and positive demeanor in daily activities.
• Spanish skills required.  Must have previous translation experience.  Trilingual skills to include Portuguese preferred.
• Must be solution-oriented and possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be organized, detail oriented and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office components and ability to produce presentations, reports and track project status.
• Must be able to stand, sit and/or walk for extended periods of time.
