KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree preferred.

Experience: 5 years of customer relations experience; a general knowledge of legal processes preferred. 2 years of Mary Kay experience highly preferred. 

1. Strong oral and written communication skills are required, including good spelling and grammar, to provide information to other departments, draft articles for publications, and to create documentation. 

2. Must be able to utilize judgment and make sound decisions regarding how to respond to issues, when to escalate to 
management and appropriate course of action to recommend.

3. Requires ability to demonstrate tact, courtesy and professionalism when providing answers and decisions which may be perceived as negative or difficult in nature. 

4. Analytical skills to assess information and resolve problems.

5. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.

6. Ability to speak, write and translate in Spanish preferred.
