Field of Experience: Applicable and demonstrated recruiting experience across multiple functions. Campus Recruiting and Intern Program experience highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor/University Degree
Education Focus: Business, Human Resources or a related field with a competent knowledge and understanding of fundamental business and human resources principles.

- Ability to understand customer’s business needs and build rapport and effective working relationships

- Positively represents Mary Kay Inc. to the community through recruiting and any other HR activities
- Possesses excellent interviewing skills (in-person and virtually) and negotiation skills. Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and execute presentations to large audiences at all levels, students through executives, both virtually and in-person
- Possesses knowledge of best recruiting strategies. Demonstrates awareness of appropriate and competitive compensation and benefits
- Exhibits proficiency in use of Recruiting Management System, career websites and external job posting sites
- Possesses knowledge of social recruiting strategies and use of social media
- Demonstrates knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills
- Local/Domestic travel less than 25%
- Hybrid: This job requires on-site work at a Mary Kay facility Monday - Thursday. Fridays can be remote.
