CSR & Sustainability Specialist

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES  

Education:  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, public relations or related field of study.

Experience: 3 years of related experience.

Certifications: Must have or be able to acquire Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT Professional and Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT: Fundamentals

• Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of company employees as well as outside vendors and the independent sales force.  Interfaces frequently with upper level executives and external partners.
• Must be able to work independently and exercise sound judgment to carry out project-oriented work.
• Broad knowledge of community relations/charitable contributions principles and practices is desirable.
• Must demonstrate enthusiasm, a very positive attitude and a passion for community affairs and CSR.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail and organization, with excellent administrative, organization and project management skills.
• Must be able to develop and foster relationships with external organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with a proven ability to express complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
• Domestic and international travel up to 10% of work time may be necessary to participate and execute logistics of CSR-related events.
