KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Must have knowledge of mobile technologies IOS/Android, application interface/integration UX(mobile and web), and digital analytics. Marketing automation and marketing suites, SalesForce.com, and artificial intelligence/smart devices a plus.
2. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to collaborate successfully with a diverse group of individuals, including region partners, IST teams, corporate marketing, and outside vendors.
3. Must have strong leadership and account management skills to develop and refine procedures and workflows to guide vendors and stakeholders through the project cycle.
4. Strong business, technical, and analytical skills are required. Must be able to analyze data to help maximize digital opportunities. Ability to translate analytics into actionable recommendations and plans is required. Must be solution-focused and willing to work with others to identify fresh opportunities.
5. Expected to handle multiple projects at once and be able to deal with rapidly changing priorities. Comfortable taking direction but also managing upward. Must be data-driven, detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to provide an impactful digital experience.
6. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with mobile or IBC facing tools.
7. Some international travel may be required. Less than 10% of work time.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Communications or related field or equivalent applicable experience. Master’s preferred.
Experience: 3+ years of digital/mobile application management, support and project management experience.
