End Point Engineer

Job Requirements 

Education: Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience. 

Experience: 

• 5+ years of experience Engineering, implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting a Mac environment 

• 3+ years of experience working with and supporting Jamf 

• 1 + year of experience working with Microsoft Endpoint Manager 

• 2+ years supporting Microsoft Windows PC 

• 2+ years of experience working with and supporting Adobe Creative Cloud 

• Experience working with Microsoft Office 365, specifically SharePoint online, Outlook and OneDrive 

• Experience with working with scripting and automation in macOS. Experience using Apple Script and Java Script 

• Experience writing Microsoft PowerShell scripts 

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills (both business and technical audience) 

• Good written (documentation) and oral communications 

• Excellent interpersonal skills including relationship-building skills and excellent communication and problem-solving skills 

• Results-oriented professional with proven ability to excel in a fast-paced and multifaceted team environment 

• Strong attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Good organizational skills - ability to work on multiple projects provided by the customer concurrently 

• Willing to be flexible with work hours, including late nights and early mornings 

• Must be a self-starter, be able to work independently, and should be able to identify needs, plans and tasks without supervision
