Description:
Filing for records management. Cleaning and organizing storage closets. Preparing for Seminar (packing, preparing reports, working with current templates to create various items required for the event, working event itself, etc.). Also, answering calls that come into the NSD Hotline. Assisting departments with mailers.

Position: Sales Force Recognition Intern 
Description:
The intern will assist with last minute recognition planning for our largest company event, Seminar! They will have the opportunity to understand how recognition fits into the Mary Kay corporate culture and motivates/supports the sales force in building their business.
The intern will assist in purchase prizes, props and planning final touches for implementation at the event.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
Physical ability, able to lift weighted items. Microsoft suite. Multitasking, project management, follow up and self starter
DESIRED:
Flexible, organized, good communication skills, team player, taste level for purchasing prizing and props.

Position: Sales Force Education Intern
Description:
20% of the time
Compiling Metrics for your Apps (Skin Sight, Great Start, SFE Podcast App, NDE, Project Spotlight)
80% of the time Seminar (bulk of help for Seminar), Any Day 0 video shoots, support Project Owner Any Day 0 focus groups or videos, support Project Owner, Support with all communication and logistics for Leadership Conference ,Teacher gift preparation, giveaways and any other class prep before Seminar, Day 0, 1 and 2 class support, distributing gifts, help facilitators , Day 2 social media posts.
• Support on any pre video shoot logistics
• Help with class facilitator materials preparation
• Can work on editing audio pieces for Sales Ed App
• Support other projects such as NDE, What’s Hot, Power Class of the Month, etc.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
X Strong project management skills, communication skills and writing.

Position :Event Planning Intern
Description:
• Assist in the planning of Seminar which includes badge printing, handing out of badges, ordering parking passes, etc.
• Working onsite at the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center for a month during July. Both weekdays and weekends expected
• Assemble and hand out appreciation gifts to vendors
• Provide great customer service to assist with internal partners and outside communications when needed
• Adaptable and committed to strong partnerships throughout our company events

Description:
Looking for an intern to support our Expo Event Planning & execution within the Event Expo group of Special Events. Pre-Seminar, this team creates and supports our Seminar Expo planning, scheduling, sales force survey & any onsite logistic assistance, which is held in downtown Dallas, Texas during July.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED: Microsoft proficient in Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook

-Highly detail oriented; self-motivated a MUST; detail oriented, ability to learn quickly, and multi-task proficiently to be able to support Events team of 6

An intern to support the Event Production Team. Pre-seminar, this team created and supports our seminar live event which is held downtown Dallas from July 21- August 5 2020.

DESIRED: Highly detail orientated, self motivated, ability to learn quickly, multi-task proficiently, comfortable speaking to large groups, ability to work flexible hours, understanding of Adobe Suite
