Facilities Maintenance Supervisor - Starting at $75,000
Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelors of Science in an Engineering discipline, preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with significant equivalent relevant experience required.
Experience: 5+ years’ experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining typical building systems such as steam, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic and HVAC systems preferably in cGMP manufacturing facility or other highly regulated industry. Building automation experience is a plus; 5+ years’ experience in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Must possess analytical skills to forecast and manage budgetary responsibilities.
- Strong people and communication skills.
- Good understanding of automated processes.
- Skills in problem solving and troubleshooting during pressured situations.
- Skills in blueprint and schematic reading and interpretation.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to teach and mentor.
- Must be able to utilize Excel and Word to create correspondence, maintain records and reports and track projects costs and status.
- Experience with CMMS preferred.
- Direct experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) is preferred.
