Forklift Driver - Reno

Additional Skills & Abilities

•Must train on warehouse terminology/acronyms, RF functionality, basic PC skills, and OSHA standards; demonstrate competency in workplace safety.

•Perform successfully in a team-oriented, time-sensitive, multicultural environment; communicate warehouse functions clearly and interpret procedures.

•Dependable, able to meet expectations with minimal supervision.

•Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills; results-oriented, assertive, and lead by example.

•Complete Mary Kay forklift certification within 90 days; safely operate industrial trucks and battery equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and maintain certification (evaluated every 3 years).

•Physical requirements: frequent stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, and reaching; stamina to move up to 70 lbs.; able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

•Use computer systems to generate paperwork, labels, reports, communicate effectively, and maintain records.

•Maintain sufficient visual acuity and eye/hand coordination for safe forklift operation.

•Must be detail-oriented, accurate, quality-minded, with a strong work ethic.

•Willing to perform additional warehouse functions (pick line operations, product inspections, inventory audits, housekeeping).

•Must maintain good attendance, follow safety policies, and be available for overtime.
