Digital Business Analyst
Requirements
Education: B.A/B.S. degree required; Digital Marketing, Information Sciences, or Emerging Media is preferred
Experience: 2+ years of experience working with consumer-facing digital tools. Has a solid grasp of technical functionality, preferred someone with knowledge of mobile technologies IOS/Android, application interface/integration UX (mobile and web), and digital analytics
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to collaborate successfully with a diverse group of individuals, including region partners, IST teams, corporate marketing, and outside vendors
- Experience working with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions
- Self-sufficient, organized, with ability to execute multiple projects at the same time
- Effectively transfers task execution and timeline requirements
Nice to Have:
- eCommerce and UI Analysis experience
- Understanding of the needs of a Direct Selling company, or experience working in the beauty industry
- Bilingual
