KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES     

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with concentration in Business, Human Resources or a related field.

Experience: 2-4 years of Human Resources generalist experience. Event planning and operations experience beneficial

1. Requires organizational development skills and the ability to facilitate and manage change effectively within the branch to contribute to the establishment and implementation of meaningful human resources related policies and procedures to facilitate the attainment of efficient and effective human resources capabilities.

2. Ability to analyze and interpret federal and state unemployment laws, policies and procedures.

3. Ability to represent Mary Kay Inc. to the community through recruiting and at government agency hearings.

4. Exercises utmost discretion and tact in addressing highly confidential and sensitive issues.

5. Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills to form partnerships and  communicate sensitive issues with employees in a way that reflects the Mary Kay way.

6. Must have the ability to take initiative to multi-task and to be flexible in order to meet the needs of the employees.

7. Requires a strong attention to detail.

8. PC skills are required, including proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
