This intern will participate in college recruiting events to represent the company and identify potential candidates. Assist with the high school intern program. Assist HR team with positing positions, sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens. Will also provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners by assist with calendar management, organizing travel, and intern events.
PREFERRED CLASSIFICATION: 
Junior or Senior 

DEGREE
Human Resources or Business 

REQUIRED: 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of judgement and discretion to effectively communicate with employees, management, and candidates.
  • Strong analytical communication, organizational and customer service skills. 
  • Creative thinker 
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office application with strong excel skills. 

DESIRED:
  • Detail orientated, creative, strong problem solving skills
  • Previous HR or recruiting experience is preferred
