Education: Bachelor/University Degree and Paralegal certificate required
Additional Skills & Abilities
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Mary Kay’s independent sales force Agreement policies and practices.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, including good spelling and grammar, to provide information to the independent sales force and other departments, draft articles for publications and to create documentation.
- Analytical skills necessary to take complex fact scenarios, identify the fundamental compliance enforcement concepts and develop a well thought out plan for addressing the issues involved.
- Must be able to utilize independent judgment and make sound decisions regarding how to respond to complex issues, when to escalate to management and appropriate course of action to recommend.
- Requires ability to demonstrate a high level of tact, courtesy and professionalism when providing answers and decisions which may be perceived as negative or difficult in nature.
- Ability to direct and lead others.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
