Manager, Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor’s degree in either business, finance, interior design/architecture, or a degree and real estate experience; MCR or facility management experience, a plus; MBA, preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of related experience in: relationship management, consulting (internal or a consulting firm), real estate, portfolio analysis; building and implementing strategies in a global environment; facility management and/or workplace services.
- Demonstrated consulting experience in strategizing, building, shaping, selling, and implementing consulting projects in the US and international.
- Must have strong strategic planning, financial, analytical, and consulting skills to build and grow internal consulting group.
- Demonstrated exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively consult, communicate, and present recommendations to senior management.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to influence project resources of various levels in a matrixed environment.
- Must be a problem solver. Possesses the ability to examine project issues from multiple aspects, understand options/constraints/risks. Be able to present options to the right decision maker for buy-in and then implement the solution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally approximately 10% of time.
