Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology,
Communications or related field or equivalent applicable experience. |
Experience |
5 years of digital/mobile application management, support
and project management experience. 2-3
years of experience working with Mary Kay Sales Force. |
1. Knowledge
across the digital and online marketing ecosystem with a solid grasp of web and
mobile functionality is required. Must be able to evaluate digital experiences
from a consumer and Independent Sales Force point of view.
2. A
passion for all things digital marketing and a constant curiosity for
innovations and idea generation along with a proven ability to improve digital
experiences, identify opportunities and drive strategy through deep
understanding and application of analytics, customer data and measurement is
also required.
3. Must
be creative, solution focused and willing to work with others to identify fresh
ideas and to drive innovative business improvements, to develop new insights
into solutions that result in organizational improvements and to promote a work
environment that fosters creative thinking, innovation and rational
risk-taking.
4. Must
be self-sufficient, able to prioritize and organize and possess a high level of
time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
and tasks with aggressive deadlines.
5. Domestic
travel required approximately 10% of work time.
