KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or technical area

Experience: 10 years of extensive technical and practical experience

• Salesforce.com certification preferred
• Experience working with international teams and collaborating remotely
• Experience in working with enterprise projects with many teams
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Slack and other project tools
• Knowledge of direct selling business model preferred
• Experience managing content creation and translation processes
• Experience in SalesForce to SaaS integrations such as with LMS systems, CMS systems, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.
