KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education: Associates Degree with focus in Science or equivalent.
Experience 5-7 years of related experience in an administrative, lab, or office-like environment.
1. Must be highly organized, detail oriented and possess excellent proofreading skills.

2. Must have the ability to multi-task and independent time management skills.
3. Must have good oral and written communication skills.
4. Must be computer proficient and skilled in the use of Microsoft Office software products-primarily Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
5. Must have knowledge of or demonstrated ability to quickly acquire knowledge of Mary Kay business systems.
6. Product knowledge and historical company knowledge is helpful, but not required.
7. Must understand the impact of data integrity in the system
8. Must be able to lift a minimum weight of 35 lbs.
9. Must be able to stand, sit and/or walk for extended periods of time.
