Senior Scientist R&D Compliance
Skills & Experience:
Education: Bachelor/University Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or related discipline.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in formulation, new product development, and compliance. Certified Quality Auditor certification preferred
Additional Skills & Abilities:
1. Must have full proficiency in technical writing and communication, including oral presentations and reports.
2. Must be able to manage multiple projects independently.
3. Must have an advanced understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices.
4. Must have ability to apply scientific principles to make sound scientific judgments within scope of role and critical thinking in all aspects of work.
5. Demonstrates ability to effectively lead self and technical teams.
6. Demonstrates ability to collaborate and build partnerships across R&D departments to accomplish project and initiative objectives.
7. Demonstrates ability to make decisions that may require developing new options to solve moderately complex problems.
8. Demonstrates ability to mentor junior technical staff.
