Must
possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Must
be able to work proactively, with little supervision, be results driven and
able to guide project progress according to timelines. Ability to be assertive in a very
professional manner.

Must
demonstrate highly proficient mobile and computer skills and be adept in all
Microsoft Office applications.
4.
Must
demonstrate excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills to
successfully develop presentations and communicate among various teams.
Diplomacy in working through interpersonal conflicts in a, sometimes,
fast-paced changing environment. Ability
to make good, sound business decisions in stressful situations.
5. Expected
to handle multiple projects at once and be able to deal with rapidly changing
priorities. Comfortable taking direction but also managing upward. Must be
technology-driven, detail-oriented, organized and motivated to provide an
impactful digital experience.
6.
Either
currently possess or have the ability to embrace and demonstrate Mary Kay
values in day-to-day interactions with team members.
