Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing or a
related field, plus |
Experience |
3+ years of related experience. |
1.
Ability to implement employee recognition
programs and activities, develop and maintain budgets, properly code invoices, analyze
expenditures and determine reasons for budget variances.
2.
Bilingual (Spanish) communication skills preferred.
3.
Customer service and interpersonal skills
required to interface and effectively communicate with individuals at all
levels within the organization, including independent sales force members.
4.
Strong PC skills are required, including
proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.
5.
Requires domestic travel approximately 30% of
the time.
6. Must
be able to lift, stand, sit and/or walk for extended periods of time.
