KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing or a related field, plus
Experience: 3+ years of related experience.
1. Ability to implement employee recognition programs and activities, develop and maintain budgets, properly code invoices, analyze expenditures and determine reasons for budget variances.
2. Customer service and interpersonal skills required to interface and effectively communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization, including independent sales force members.
3. Strong PC skills are required, including proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.
4. Requires domestic travel approximately 30% of the time.
