Sr. Analyst International Compensation
Additional Skills & Abilities
Experience: 5+ years in Compensation; International experience preferred
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field or equivalent, plus
•In depth knowledge of principles of compensation to develop, implement and maintain international compensation programs.
•Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills to prepare various analyses, to communicate effectively, interface with country/regional/executive management, present recommendations and develop effective compensation communication materials.
•Demonstrated project management, consultative and collaborative skills to partner and consult with all levels of management and provide guidance to country/regional/executive management.
•Must be flexible and adaptable in dealing with numerous diverse cultures and environments. Must have the ability to interface with people from all cultures and must be able to think and problem-solve in an innovative, creative, solution-oriented way.
•Bilingual or multilingual beneficial.
