Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, business, market research, finance or a related field

Experience: 3+ years of business experience in new product development, product planning or analytics

1. Must possess strong analytical abilities to analyze and interpret insights and sales data. Must also possess the resourcefulness necessary to monitor and remain aware of continually emerging insight gathering trends, methods and technology.

2. Proficiency with analytical and database tools or methodologies and data visualization skills.

3. Must have or demonstrate the ability to quickly attain an understanding of Mary Kay’s international markets, Mary Kay’s manufacturing operations worldwide and other critical cultures. Solid knowledge of or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn the Mary Kay products, project processes and business fundamentals is required.

4. Must possess ability to be thorough and meticulous, with an eye for detail, and must apply logic and knowledge of the business to all deliverables.

5. Must have excellent organizational, project management and time management skills.

6. Must have strong collaborative skills to participate on cross-functional teams across the organization in gathering and analyzing competitive and strategic insights to support global strategic initiatives.

7. Ability to influence decisions and translate business impact to stakeholders across different organizational functions.

8. Must have excellent written and oral presentation skills.

9. Domestic and international travel is required approximately 10% of work time.
