KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Education

Bachelor’s degree (B.A, B.F.A.) in graphic design, or
equivalent combination of training and experience. |

Experience |
5+ years of creative and graphic work experience in
design studio, advertising agency or corporate communications environment. |
1. Extensive
knowledge of file preparation and mechanical building resulting in a press-ready
file that passes pre-flight checklists. Strong understanding of the printing
workflow management processes in order to prepare 1-color, 2-color and 4-color
projects for printed projects.
2. Proficient
with Apple Macintosh computers. Highly proficient using Adobe Creative Cloud
applications including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat. Working
knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows operating system.
3.
Must be able to multi-task and manage
multiple projects at once while keeping on track to meet deadlines. Must have
strong interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively with vendors
and internal groups.
