Sr. Oracle HCM Analyst - Hybrid Schedule
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education : BS in Information systems, computer science or equivalent required, and functional training to include Oracle HCM certifications in Benefits or Compensation strongly preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of Oracle HCM HR analyst support experience plus 2+ years of experience related to supporting Benefits and Compensation.
The salary range for this position is: $110000 = $130000
1. Intermediate level knowledge using Oracle HCM tools (Design Studio, Application Composer, Page Composer, Workflow – Approval Rules/Notifications)
2. Intermediate knowledge level using Oracle OTBI and some knowledge of BIPublisher, XML and SQL
3. Knowledge of Oracle HCM security design including AOR and custom criteria.
4. Ability to comprehend and apply Oracle White Papers and supplement the gaps
5. Must be resourceful in obtaining knowledge and identifying solutions to complex problems
6. Ability to handle medium size projects and constantly reprioritize based on business needs
7. Collaborative and organized teammate, who builds positive meaningful relationships and trust
8. Ability to communicate complex technical issues/solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner
9. Experience testing HCM application instances to successfully validate application setups, including input to test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts
10. Strong HCM Business process experience
11. Detailed, process-oriented individual, with project management skills, who has the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
12. Knowledge and experience with Oracle SR process, refresh, and release management.
