Sr. Program Manager PMO

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES    

Education  Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, IT or Engineering.

Experience 5+ years of product development and/or project management experience, preferably with international experience in a cosmetic/beauty/fashion industry environment.  Knowledge of Mary Kay products, project management processes, and business fundamentals is desired.

1. Must be proficient in the use of tracking/resource system; MS Excel (development of spreadsheets, import/export and linking); MS Word; MS PowerPoint; and MS Outlook.  Oracle Agile software experience is desired.

2. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred.

3. Must have a strong drive for results.

4. Must be well organized, capable of managing high levels of detail, and handling multiple activities/tasks under pressure.

5. Must be able to perform duties with minimal direction and independently perform assignments with general guidance for expected results.

6. Must be flexible and understand implications of changes to product launches and resources at a strategic level.

7. Must have a strong, assertive personality balanced with a respect for others; must be able to communicate recommendations in a manner that will drive results.

8. Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time, including regular international travel.

9. PMP certification is preferred.
