JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for overseeing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement, brand awareness, and sales growth. Role includes strategy development, campaign management, data analysis and reporting, collaboration, budget optimization, and trend research.
- Strategy Development: Designing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals, including SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and content marketing. Leads creative development from Briefing, to Delivery, to Reporting. Prioritizes global coordination and communication to ensure maximum global adoption of corporate materials and assets including promotional and re-promotional, video, social media, web, advertising, and education designed to support the needs of the business. Manages multiple concurrent projects and connects all the dots across the department.
- Campaign Management: Planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (ensuring they are cost-effective and meet performance metrics and goals). Communicates final delivered strategy and integrated marketing assets to regional partners to help simplify and increase adoption.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing data from digital marketing efforts to assess performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. This includes working with analytics tools. Provides metrics, tracks corporate program adoption across regions and initial analysis to Manager for global roll-up of analytics and program debriefs, contributing to a continuous improvement environment. Analyzes campaign performance data to optimize strategies and improve ROI. Conducts background research and competitive analysis and reviews metrics and KPIs, to support the Creative Brief, ensuring creative, marketing and branding assets are globally adopted, relevant and impactful, assets are delivered on time and on budget. Develops and implements comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with internal goals and objectives. Implements test & learn programs to optimize marketing campaign performance. Provides strategic insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders based on data-driven analysis. Stays up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.
- Collaboration: Collaborates with other departments such as creative teams, product managers, and stakeholders to align digital strategies with broader marketing objectives. Builds influence and strong relationships across the organization. Maintains open dialogue with regional partners to stay informed about market activities. Aggregates region needs and helps to adapt plans to deliver globally relevant materials in response to divergent regional objectives, market shifts and new opportunities. As project owner on product and program launches, interacts with other teams to drive consistency of offline and online creative needs as well as through ecommerce platforms.
- Content Creation and Optimization: Overseeing the creation of engaging content (e.g., blogs, social media posts, advertisements) and ensuring it is optimized for SEO and conversion. Develops and implements comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with internal goals and objectives. Partners with product, brand, insights, and social media teams to create cohesive, integrated campaigns from brief to launch. Partners with leadership to revise and build new internal end-to-end marketing processes based on industry best practice. Provides recommendations on media mix, budget, and spend levels. Develops and oversees content strategies that enhance brand messaging and engagement.
- Current with Trends: Keeping up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporating these into campaigns to maintain competitiveness. Creates presentations for broader marketing and corporate partners.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Experience: 5+ years
Field of Experience: Digital marketing, with a focus on integrated marketing campaigns.
Education: Bachelor/University Degree
Education Focus: Marketing or Advertising
- Experience working in an advertising agency is preferred.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, paid media, social media, SEO, and content strategies.
- Experience crafting strategic briefs to ensure creative remains on-strategy.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Highly developed communication skills are needed to manage the complexity of working across cultures and departments.
- Experience developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
- This role requires a deep understanding of digital, social media, SEO, email, and content strategies, as well as the ability to work collaboratively.
