Skills & Experience

Experience:  5+ years

Education:  Human Resources, Organization Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business, Education or equivalent. Graduate degree in Human Resources Development, Organization Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology or related field is strongly preferred.

•A thorough knowledge and understanding of business and human resources principles and a working knowledge of the theories and principles of talent management, leadership development, workforce planning and organization development. Ability to accurately diagnose business needs and build program solutions that align to Global OD and organizational strategy.

•Must be able to build capabilities in groups and/or specific individuals in core subject matter expertise such as talent development and planning strategies; familiar with adult learning theory to ensure program education and/or training meets desired learning objectives; serves as a subject matter expert and presenter; and facilitates group processes effectively

•Demonstrated strength in data analytics, distilling results into meaningful insights that influence key stakeholders to change behaviors. Track record of using relevant metrics to track program effectiveness.

•Develops strong and trusting relationships with internal clients that are sustained over time; a role model of the culture and values, OD programs, practices and principles. Encourages and listens to feedback from internal customers and designs win-win solutions that balance theory with practical application.

•Independent decision making skills, creative problem solver with the ability to design global programs that balance competing market interests with the need to control investment, resources and promote sustainability.

•Leadership skills to organization and manage multiple, complex projects and commitments to internal clients. Failure to deliver could result in a significant impact to budget, timelines and impact to employees across the globe.
