Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's/University Degree
Education Focus: Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related fields
Experience: 1-2+ years in Supply Chain with a knowledge of warehouse and distribution
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have analytical and mathematical skills to be able to analyze trends in large data sets and suggest KPIs and improvements.
- Must possess effective oral and written communication skills in order to interface with other functional areas in the company.
- Proficiency in Excel, and supply chain systems (e.g., JDE, WMS, TMS, Ariba) preferred.
- Must have organization and time management skills to work effectively with internal and external contacts.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must have a basic understanding of supply chain processes for domestic and international markets.
