Mobile Application-Technology Ldr IST
SPECIFIC SKILL SETS REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years’ experience leading and developing native mobile applications (i.e. React, Xamarin, Lua, Hydra, etc.)
• 2+ years’ experience in responsive design
• 2+ years’ experience leading development teams
• 7+ years’ experience working on custom or packaged global enterprise systems
• 7+ years’ experience in designing, implementing, and supporting a highly performant eCommerce web applications
• Experience developing applications on SalesForce.com
• Extensive knowledge and experience in SOA based architectures (design, build, support), leveraging API Management Tools.
• 10+ years leading/architecting application development projects based on Microsoft Technologies (ASP.NET, WCF, MVC, C#, TFS, SQL Server, etc.)
• 3+ years’ experience using client-side presentation layer technologies and JavaScript development (Knockout, AngularJS, jQuery, RequireJS,
• Experience developing and deploying applications to various Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Experience with automation of code deployments
• Must be able to communicate technical updates to all levels of Leadership
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• In depth understanding of design patterns and SOLID design principles
• Ability to set architectural direction for the technical team
• Strong relationship building skills and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate ‘technical’ problems/solutions to Leadership
• Must be able to work well with all aspects of our project teams (Application, Business, QA, Project Management, Infrastructure, and Leadership)
• Experience with E-Commerce Applications in Support as well as New Development initiatives
• Ability to create technical solutions that meet the business’ needs
• Results-oriented professional with proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, multifaceted, team environment;
• Strong attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communications
• Good organizational skills; ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
• Willing to be flexible with work hours, including late nights and early mornings
• Must be a self-starter, be able to work independently, and should be able to identify needs, plans and tasks without supervision
• Strong knowledge in all aspects of SDLC
• Familiarity and practice with Agile Project Management methodology
• Strong testing acumen – Understanding of automated testing needs.
EDUCATION REQUIRED OR DESIRED:
BA or higher. Computer Science degree is preferable.
