They’re embraced and practiced throughout Mary Kay.”

Terrian also values professional growth, and has taken advantage of many opportunities here. She has found new ways, such as lateral opportunities, to prepare for the next level of her career. “I also have an insatiable appetite for learning new things.” She says she’s lucky to have had great mentors and different roles to learn from and grow into. “My tenure at Mary Kay has been life changing.”
