The thing I value the most about my career at Mary Kay is that I'm able to grow and develop in my career. The one thing that I've been able to do recently is go back to school, which I haven't been able to do due to life, but now it's definitely given me that opportunity to go back and enhance my career.
Mary Kay's future is the innovation and automation that we're going towards to allow us to be more competitive in the industry. The one thing that I tell my friends and family about working at Mary Kay is, it's unbelievable how exciting the workforce is when it comes to what we do here, how we enrich women's lives. Not understanding how this company was built for women, by a woman, so that's really something to be proud about."
