Our Internship Program offers undergraduate and graduate students a hands-on and learning-intensive opportunity to gain relevant work experience at the #1 Direct Selling brand of Skin Care and Color Cosmetics in the World. Mary Kay interns participate in activities that introduce them to our people centered culture, our products, and the Independent Sales Force.
Summer Program Details:
- The Mary Kay 2025 Summer Intern Program is a 10-week internship from early June to mid-August
- All our internships are paid, starting at $20/ hour
- Our internships are Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, and require you to be in the office 4-5 days per week
- This internship is located at our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX
- Interns will receive any required equipment, such as a laptop
- Mary Kay Inc does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for full time employment at this time

The Event Planning – Registration & Housing Intern Will Work on The Following:
- Assist with Mary Kay Event App – USA for all events.
- Assist with Registration Area tasks – cases and customer service calls for all events.
- Assist with preparation for Legacy Weekend, Empowered Leaders, Seminar, Step Up to Director Retreat, Leadership Conference and Career Conference events
- Update Registration Pages InTouch for all events.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must still be currently pursuing undergraduate or master’s degree
- To be eligible you must be currently enrolled as a full-time student (undergraduate) or part time (graduate) as defined by your university at the time of application.
- Minimum Sophomore status. Rising juniors or seniors preferred.
