Mary Kay University is our 10-week summer internship program designed to give undergraduate and graduate students meaningful, real-world experience across a variety of business functions. Your ideas matter here. Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree and enrolled in an accredited university program at the time of application (full-time undergraduate or part-time/full-time graduate students). Rising juniors and seniors preferred.
- Preferred Degrees: Public Affairs, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or similar

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Passion for storytelling, content creation, and content review
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Interest in communications, public relations, or social impact
- Experience with content creation, media relations, or public relations (preferred, not required)
Program Details
- We offer a 10-week internship from late June to Mid-August.
- All our internships are paid, starting at $20/hour.
- Our internships are Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, and require an in-office presence 4-5 days per week.
- Our internships are located at our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or our Manufacturing/ R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX.
- Mary Kay Inc does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for full-time employment at this time.
