Mary Kay University is our 10-week summer internship program designed to give undergraduate and graduate students meaningful, real-world experience across a variety of business functions. Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree and enrolled in an accredited university program at the time of application (full-time undergraduate or part-time/full-time graduate students). Rising juniors and seniors preferred.
- Preferred Degrees: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, or similar

Adaptability and openness to change
A willingness to work in teams and take initiative for individual work
Strong Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis in Excel (preferred, not required)
Experience in Tableau (preferred, not required)
Experience in end-to-end supply chain planning systems (preferred, not required)
Program Details
We offer a 10-week internship from late June to Mid-August
All our internships are paid, starting at $20/hour.
Our internships are Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, and require an in-office presence 4-5 days per week.
Our internships are located at our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or our Manufacturing/ R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX.
