Mary Kay's Skilled Trades Internship Program is a year-round program designed to give students hands-on experience in manufacturing and skilled trades careers. Interns work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real manufacturing operations, and develop technical and workplace skills in a production environment. Flexible scheduling aligned with manufacturing shifts helps students balance school and work while gaining experience in areas such as equipment maintenance, manufacturing operations, and process improvement.
