Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing,
advertising or business, plus |
Experience |
5+ years of experience in the
marketing/advertising account management field. Familiarity with creative
development process from creative strategy through print production. |
1.
Must be able to generate clear direction to
achieve desired outcome and gain buy-in from all partners. Uses strong
communication and negotiation skills to achieve win-win solutions. Must be able
to successfully interact and develop relationships with domestic and
international creative staff and with external resources at all levels.

Must be knowledgeable about processes
involved in development of projects in global broadcast, packaging, advertising,
print literature, web, and publications to successfully develop project
strategies.
3.
Must be assertive, results-oriented, solution-focused
and possess good business judgment to effectively lead team and project/process
development.
4.
Must have strong leadership and people
management skills in order to motivate, inspire, lead and manage department and
relationships with outside agency partners and vendors.
