Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance or Accounting, or a related field.
Experience – Entry level. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as customer services skills to work with employees and management of other departments within the company and employees located at international subsidiaries. Must be culturally sensitive. Must be comfortable with regularly completing conference calls with international contacts while being sensitive to time differences and language skills.
- Must have strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills to be able to work independently, resolve problems, and coordinate resolutions with other departments and international subsidiaries. Must be self-motivated and able to independently manage projects against internal and external deadlines.
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft software such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to exercise independent judgment on how to proceed with requests and projects with limited oversight. Incumbent must rely on experience, knowledge, and use good judgment in determining how to independently accomplish projects and requests.
- Must be able to work under strict deadlines with high level of accuracy, follow procedures, and handle several projects at the same time.
- International overnight travel 0-10% of work time.
